Error in Deploying microsoft Active Directory Connect in oracle identity management/governance 11gr2

Hi Guys!

just wanted to ask if anyone encountered this issue already? this was encountered during the installation of the Active directory connector/s. followed all the steps in the oracle document site.

DOBJ.XML_IMPORT_ERROR

unable to parse XML File: ActiveDirectory-ConnectorConfig.xml

returned error on:

import of connector XML Files ( using deployment Manager)

AD version is 2008
