Spreadsheet journal upload not working after Windows updates.

Recently some Windows updates were pushed out, and now Spreadsheet Journal Upload doesn't work. When you try to press any of the buttons, such as Edit, the cursor turns into a large white plus sign and nothing happens. It is as if the Macros are not enabled. Thanks Susan
