Excel to CI for TAX_DATA.USA FED_TAX_DATA.FWT_MAR_STATUS highlighted field

Getting this when attempting to use an excel to ci for the TAX_DATA.USA component.

"The highlighted field  is required.You must enter a value for it before proceeding.{C_TAX_DATA.FED_TAX_DATA(1).FWT_MAR_STATUS}".  I am populating this value within the data input. The value is being brought over on the staging and submission sheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the Excel to CI template, Excel to CI log, and the SOAPTOCI.log. The logs appear to indicate within the xml section that this property and value are being picked up.
