How to integrate Employees Information(HRMS) with FSCM PeopleSoft?

Dear All,

We are going to integrate Employees data from HCM PeopleSoft to FSCM , now we have analyzed that one Service Operation needs to be opened on both Databases i.e Person_Basic_Sync. We have activated it and make one Routing and attach it. After that we are going to create the Employee, but data is not moved in FSCM might be some setups or any other Service Operation needs to be opened, please have a look in attached file.
