How can I setup WCS to make an asset visible/published on a specific date/time

Hi!

So I work in a company with many people who are working and publishing assets in WCS. We have setup a "publish event" for a destination, it runs every hour. This works fine! But I would like to be able to schedule an assets visibility, for example: I have created an asset on Friday and I would like the asset to be visible on Monday 02:00 AM. I would like this to be an automatic process.

I have tried to search here but I haven't find something really useful yet. Kind of hoping that WCS has a standard function that can do this for me. Two ideas so far (don't now if it is possible):
