Set up AR Spreadsheet loader for deposits/payments

Do you have documentation to setup AR Spreadsheet loader for deposits/payments? I found some old documents but nothing current (9.1 or later). I am having issues connect to Integration broker. The form is not recognizing my credentials? Any information on this issue would be very helpful.
