Not able to display Content Provider pagelets on Homepage

Hi,

I have implemented Single Signon between Portal and CRM. Now, when I selected certain Pagelets from the navigation:

PeopleTools -> Portal -> Structure and Content  and searched for the pagelets of CRM in the Homepage tab, I have selected the HR Helpdesk pagelet.

Now, this pagelet is made as "Optional".

When accessing the Contents link, to select the pagelets which should be visible to the user, The name of pagelet is not appearing at all, only the corresponding Checkbox is appearing. But it has no name of the pagelet.

When I select the checkbox, it doesn't error out, but no new pagelet, or even a blank pagelet is also not displayed.
