Process scheduler configuration

Hi,
in HRSCM 91, tools 8.50 on Win 2008
I changed SQR Path in psprcs.cfg file.
Then
Only stop/start of Process scheduler would be enough for having new sqr PATH or I should run psadmin.exe /configure menu (number 3 below) ?

1) Start a Process Scheduler Server
2) Stop a Process Scheduler Server
3) Configure a Process Scheduler Server
