Where is the Oracle SES Search box for HCM 9.20?

We recently applied through image 10 updates to PeopleSoft HCM 9.20.  While testing out the application, it appears that the SES box is missing from the banner.  Also, is it possible to have this also for the fluid user interface default branding theme (DEFAULT_THEME_TANGERINE_ALT)? Thanks
