size of the PUM image

I recently downloaded the HCM92_010 image and I am appaled at the number of .ova files that need to consolidated to obtain the image.

With tax updates introduced six times per year, it seems absolutely insane to download a large number of files for ONE tax update. And repeat this process six times a year. Certainly there must be a better way to deliver tax updates for those sites that want nothing more than to only apply A, or B, or C, etc.

I understand that disk space is cheap (btw, it is not that cheap if you are upgrading a server) but to chew up a billion gazillion
