RPM new item loc batch performance issue

Hi Everyone,

We are facing performance issues with RPM new item loc batch. Whenever there is ~55k+ data, it runs for longer than usual. I have analyzed the batch performance with help of trace files and AWR report, but didn't find any culprit(as in long running queries) as suspected. There were few DELETE queries which came out in AWR report but didn't look convincing enough as root cause for batch bad performance.

We are using RMS 13.1.6. Kindly help me here to narrow down the root cause and tune the batch performance.
