YUM update and newer 9.2 images

According to 1641843.2 (PUM home page, known issues), I see the recommendation to perform a YUM update to HCM 9.2.008 and lower due to CVE 2014-7169.  At the same time, there is a note indicating customers should perform a YUM update on every PI downloaded and installed.

Since HCM 9.2.010 has posted, am I correct in thinking that we do not have to perform a YUM update to this newly posted image?
