OIM - changing start and end date format "Modify User" screen

in Identity Management (MOSC)

Hello,

The Start Date and End Date fields are displayed with MM/DD/YYYY in the User Details and Modify User screens (in OIM Self Service Console). How do I change the format to include time, for example MM/DD/YYYY HH24:MI:SS using Sandbox or any other way? I appreciate the help.
