running PSAE from command line and wanting Java VM changes

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

When running a AE PSAE from a command line on Linux will the PSAE pull the Java Options from the psprcs.cfg file that we are setting with the env PS_SERVER_CFG?  We are running some Java commands inside the AE and need to set the memory options.
