How can I confirm that the Active Directory schema extensions for TNS name resolution has been done

We are trying to implement tnsnames resolution via Active Directory, and we followed the instructions in the Oracle WP "Configuring Microsoft Acitve Directory for Oracle Net Naming" published April 2014.  But I'm not convinced it was done correctly, what ou's or objects should I see in Active Directory to confirm implmentation.
