IEX : Is there any way to track the interactions with Debt Collectors and transfer of cases to Credi

Hi,

Requesting your kind advise in getting most appropriate options for :

1. What is the best way available to report a case to Credit Collectors and Credit Bureau (a third party organization who is responsible for debt collection) ?

2. Transfer collections to a debt collector and manage its progress and communication .

3. Information exchange with credit bureau for credit scoring .
