Can we allow suppliers view RFQ and input data Quotation for that RFQ?

Hi all,

My users have a request, they want when they input an RFQ, some suppliers can know that there are RFQ and they can get information about it, then input that information and that data can be updated to system.

Does Oracle EBS provide solution for this requirement?
