How to make a POCre msg from the RMS if the order is already approved but didn't flow to SIM staged_

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi ,

We have an order which is created in RMS but the order is not visible in the staged_message , apart from that all other messages like POHDRMOD and DTL sent succesully but failed due to order non-availability.

So, can you please let me know how I can again POCre msg so that it can flow to SIM.
