Seeking input on customers doing data replication for PeopleSoft reporting instance along with Taleo

We are seeking customer pros and cons on data replication using Golden Gate for adhoc reporting for PeopleTool 8.51/HCM 9.1 with Taleo data. PeopleSoft has delivered reporting toools such as BI publisher, SQR, NVision, Crystal, etc. Do you know of any additional 3rd party middle layer tools that can be used for adhoc reporting on a reporting data source that will encompass all data for different applications?
