in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

I have been trying to view the webcasts on Financials India TDS functionality and others but the file downloaded is not readable my any application. Also the file downloaded has naming convention starting as '=_UTF-8_B_VERTLnppcA==_='.. Wanted to check if other users also have the same issue or its specific to our downloads only?
