User cannot see own reports in Report manager, but can see others' reports

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone has seen this occur before and what to do to resolve:

User runs reports to report manager, but is unable to see her reports.  However, she can see other people's reports.  I had the understanding that unless a user is given admin role, they should only be able to see the reports that they themselves ran.  I checked the distribution for the report, and it does specify the oprid of the user running the report.
