MVS to Oracle/Unix

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Dear Team

Would like to know your suggestions on a new process.

We are moving from DB2/MVS to Oracle/Unix. They are several SQR batch programs scheduled to run on MVS which use JCL. I would like to convert these jobs to some Unix Shell, probably KSH. Can anyone help me with some document to know the steps/process ? Currently, BMC performs the scheduling of jobs. There are inbound and outbbound processes and several files are read/written on batch respectively.

The application programs are going to be SQRs only.

Can you please help me with suggestions/steps on this path.
