Multiple concurrent sessions

Hi - we're on Tools 8.51.10.  Has anyone had users create multiple concurrent sessions? I've tried to replicate it but haven't been able to so far. We're thinking the multiple concurrent sessions may be contributing to some weird results this user had in self-service.

From PSACCESSLOG, the following login/logout times were generated from same IP address. Again, no luck replicating multiple concurrent sessions and wondering if anyone else has encountered anything similar. Thanks
