Oracle Virtual Directory or Oracle Unified Directory

We are using Oracle Entitlement Server 11gR2PS1 which has a requirement to use identities fro m multiple LDAP stores. We are planning to use Oracle Virtual Directory with adapters connecting to multiple LDAP stores and providing a single view to OES. However, IDM 11gR2 does not include OVD and we are looking to install IDM 11gR1>>OVD.

Is there a way i can get the same OVD features using OUD which is included as part of IDM 11gR2? Are there any know limitations/difference between OUD and OVD?
