New nodes are not pinging integration Broker..

In our peoplesoft  integration broker,we are creating a new PIA node for our environment for connecting our CRM and HRMS. All set up done. Also opened the JSL ports or application servers each other (telnet applicationservername jslport  is connecting fine for each environment). But still we are getting the below error. PeopleSoftTargetConnector - The application server is down (or not responding). Check AppServer URL .

Any ideas/thoughts?  Any other ports need to open other than the JSL ports in the firewall?
