Peoplesoft files with size of more than 1 MB is taking hours to get post in report repository

Hi,

In one of our environment Peoplesoft files with size of more than 1 MB is taking hours to get post in report repository.  Files with smaller sizes are getting posted as normal. But files more than 1 MB takes huge time.  Any ideas/suggestions.
