Trying to activate Fluid UI in Demo. How do I set this up?

Using IE11 32 bit.  PeopleTools 8.54 FSCM 9.2 I have seen documentation that I need to change my Web Profile to turn this feature on for my desktop. After creating a copy of the DEV profile, and creating an additional web server, I cleared my cache and everything looks the same when I login. I have included a partial screenshot showing what I changed in the Web Profile. Are their additional steps that I need to implement?
