JAVA exception in Change Assistant Tools 8.51.16
I'm installing an update to my production environment from a test environment. When I complete the login information for the Target and Source databases and hit next, a java exception is thrown. "Java(TM) Platform SE binary has stopped working"
These are the steps I have tried to correct the problem.
1. Clear the environment temp files in CA, PIA and Agent - according to DocID 622874.1
2. Delete the PS/CACHE folder
3. Delete and re-add the Job
4. I have verified that my userID/password combinations are valid
