Issue while uploading file in Workflow iin invoice the users gets kicked out of pia

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

Hi All,

We are facing the below issue, Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Issue :

Facing issue When attempting to attach a file to any invoice for any client, Below are the steps used for attachment

1.Select Upload Attachment

2. Select Browse

3. Choose the file to upload

4. Select Upload 

the users gets kicked out of PIA after select upload.

1. Is this issue happening on all the browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome....)?

Yes - happened on all browsers - at least reported happening on IE 8 and Firefox

2. Which Browser and version you are currently using?

Both depending upon application - Firefox for Viewpoint and Workday and IE 8 for PeopleSoft
