PeopleSoft 9.2 not working on Ipad with Authentication Domian mentioned

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

1) Customer has installed the image 11 and setup the Authentication domain and every things is working fine but when customer is trying to access same scenario in Ipad and its complaining Your URL must contain domain ".hcm.com"

 

2) If configure without domain then I observe that 'Related Actions' and next level drill down in "Pivot Grids" dont work.

 

3) As per installation document it mentioned If logging URL is not working you can modify the window host file which customer did and Its working fine Laptop and IPAD login is not working.
