Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Changing Message Body of a Work Flow Message for Cancelled Purchase Orders

Hi ,

Our business wants to see the PO work message as "Purchase Order is Cancelled" rather than "Purchase Order I modified" .

The business rationale is that , they will know from the message about the PO cancellation rather than clicking the link and going in the JDE system.

How do I change the message only for this particular ( cancellation) activity ?
