ISAM (previously Tivoli) security access SSO attempt in PeopleTools 8.53. Any successful at this?

Hello Community Gurus,

We are attempting to use the IBM Security Access Manager 8 (ISAM) here at our shop for security access. We've run into some roadblocks and we're wondering if there are some folks out there who use ISAM with their PeopleTools who might be willing to share some knowledge? We are on tools 8.53.10 using Weblogic as our Web server. The current issues we seem to be experiencing deal with the SSL not able to do the handshake with ISAM and the weblogic not recognizing our virtual host (ISAM) URL and hence redirecting it to an http port instead of the
