Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. We have a requirement on sending an email for a certain transaction. We want to use Notification / Workflow generic template for the email text.

Is there a possibility to use Events and Notification Framework ?

i am having trouble on finding an example on how to set it up and how it works. PeopleBooks is not a help here.

any document with step by step would be a great help.
