Looking for a way to estimate commission realtime and not pay the estimated amounts

Hi All,

We are having a batch driven commission calculation system implemented with EBS OIC 12.1.1. We would like to integrate with Oracle POS and provide estimated commission for each sale at the point of sale (within 10-30 mins).

Please let me know if I can use APIs/web calls from POS to OIC and get realtime commission info. If there is a certain degree of inaccuracy as a result, we would like to know the degree as well.

Note:

1. Oracle Quoting's integration with OIC for a similar purpose is good to know but we would like to know about POS - OIC integration.
