Multiple dunning letter getting generated for few customer for IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Cus

Hi,

When we are submitting IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers, we are seeing that for few of the customers , there are duplicate dunning letters in the
output. We checked and found that few these customers , there are multiple entries in IEX_XML_REQUEST_HISTORIES for the given Conc_request_id, with the same Party_id and other details.

Is this the indented functionality , if yes, on what basis if duplicates the data? If it is not the indented functionality, please let us know, whether we are missing any setup.
