If tasks are deleted from a template in FCM, where are they logged?

We want to allow users to be able to modify tasks in a template, but not be able to delete them.  It does not appear that you can configure security to allow user to modify tasks but not delete so we are considering allowing users to modify tasks with the risk that they may delete them.  The one question we had was if they do delete a task from a template is it logged somewhere?  All other task changes appear to get logged in the history tab (i.e. if the user changes the instructions, viewer, etc. it gets logged on
