How to add omitted product feature to Demo

We currently doing FSCM 9.1 to 9.2 (Apps only) upgrade. I created FSCM9.2 Demo manually and applied the 'Required for Upgrade' from the PUM Image, then I discovered when I install FSCM9.2 apps I have omitted product "Peoplesoft Payables". My question is how do I add this product without having to re-create the demo from scratch? Can I just re-do the app install with this product checked? And what is the impact now the Required for Upgrade is already applied?
