Hi,

Our Client is an IT company, having no Inventory Items all the items are expense items. They use non recoverable VAT as well Service Tax.

We have recently applied patch for Service Tax after which tds is not getting applied on service tax portion of an invoice.

We have cases wherein VAT and service tax is applied on one Invoice line.In such cases we want TDS to get applied on VAT amount but not on service tax amount.

After application of above patch, if we book manual invoice , TDS is not getting calculated on VAT as well as Service Tax portion.
