Industry and sector was updated

On the 'company' foundation table in HRMS setup, we use the default values of 'core' for the industry and sector fields.  At some point these fields were updated to 'government' and 'public' sector, which just happens to be the industry and sector we are in, however this is not our intent as we have some code driven by this which expects the default values, so it caused some problems for us.  Does anyone know of a process that my have updated industry and sector?  No one here made this change manually.
