Dropdown displays differently in display only mode

Hi,

I am working on developing a PeopleSoft page and facing a strange issue.

When the page turns display only the dropdown moves down and gets out of line with the static text displayed along the dropdown.

Is there any way I can avoid this

Here's a snapshot of how the page looks when it's editable:

After the page is display only:

You can see above the display only value in the dropdown seems to have moved downwards.

Is there a way to fix this issue ??


We are currently on PeopleTools 8.49 and application 8.9.

Let me know if anyone has ideas on this one.
