I have been tasked with gathering information for a work group that is discussing the move to Mobile and other web apps that work with the various PS applications.  We are in the process of unifying our strategies.  Soon we will be upgrading to PeopleTools 8.54 for CS & HCM but we are leaving HCM on 9.0 for the time being.  This means that we don't have the ability to use turn on the Fluid UI in HCM and everyone has to wait for CS.  My work group, consists of non-PeopleSoft developers that are mostly .NET web and the native
