Compensation calculation on a schedule basis

Hello Community,

So I have two weird requirements to be executed in OIC,

1) Client wants to pay recurring commission through OIC ,but there is no transaction supplied to the system. Post configuration OIC is supposed to generate compensation on weekly or monthly basis as per calculation rules by itself.

2) Secondly the GL mapped to the instance points to period type as monthly. Now they want a recurring compensation calculation on a weekly basis.

Any suggestions or thoughts you all want to share regarding these questions are welcome.
