Does RIB 14.1 AQ JMS database supported with 12c multi-tenant option?

We are implementing RIB 14.1. We want to know if RIB v14.1 supports multi-tenant database architecture. Anyone tried this or knowledge of trying this?

If this is supported, can we combine RMS database and RIB database in single container database (CDB)?
