Can anyone help me with information about LINE_FOCUS_ID column in JAI_PO_TAXES table.

I am trying to attach tax category using API .

Error I am getting is as below :

Cannot insert as LINE_FOCUS_ID is null.

What Is line_focus_id & how is it getting populated ??????
