Anyone having problems with WorkCenters after 4 Feb release of Google Chrome (v40) ?

We are finding that after the 4 Feb v40 release of Google Chrome that some workcentres in 9.2 (8.53.12) have pagelets that end up with the SAME session number assigned to the URLs.  This causes the processing image to stay on indefinitely and prevents the request from being submitted to PIA.

We're pretty sure this is caused by the v40 release of Chrome as it's the ONLY think in our environment that's changed recently.

The problem seems intermittent in Chrome and has not been reported in IE or Firefox.

Anyone using WorkCenters out there come across this ?
