Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi I have a problem with form builder in HRMS, Tools 8.53. After I created form I'm unable to access form tab because I get following warning:

The component FORM_ADD has not been registered to enable supplemental data. (18028,6004)

and all my info is missing on the form tab. Only allows me to put comments.

If anybody ever encounter this message I would really appreciate if they could share their findings.
