Tools upgrade to 8.54 and Implement Mexican Payroll

Hi,

We are currently running HCM / NA Payroll on 9.2 / 8.53. We are current with NA Payroll patches through Image 011.

We are upgrading to Tools 8.54 plus we are implementing Mexican Payroll and Multilingual (ESP).

Can someone provide guidance the regarding the steps needed for this?
