Performance Degradation when greater 2000 concurrency - PT 8.52.23 - Campus 9

Team,

I need your help to address the performance issue.

We are facing performance degradation when more than 2000 users in system. We are targeting for 8000 concurrent users. The business process what we try is just login & view the exam result page in campus solution application.

 

There is no issue upto 2000 concurrent users,issue starts more than 2000 concurrent users. Kindly refer the attached document for complete details. Please help to address the issue and advise further steps to achieve 8000 concurrency.

 

-> any issue in LDAP authentication if more than 2000 users

-> what is the issue if all app servers are not load balanced correctly though psserver parameter in web server configuration.properties file
