Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Can you explain the Satisfaction Survey and what you do with the results?

Hi,

I wanted to provide an update to our Accredited Users as well as users who may be thinking about getting accredited.

How does it work? Users can fill out a quick survey for each module in each accreditation path. There is a 'Rate This Module' link provided along with the learning content. Just click the link, answer a few questions, submit, and then navigate back to the learning page. You can elect to answer all the surveys for a path or just pick a few where you have more detailed feedback to share.
What do you do with the results?
