MICR placement in BI XMLP AP Vendor check APY2021X1 Check1_check.rtf template

In FMS 9.2, I am trying to customize the delivered BI XMLP AP Vendor check APY2021X1 Check1_check.rtf template for MICR.  I have tried modifying many settings on word template, but can't figure a way to get the MICR to print where it is currently printing using crystal report in 9.0.  The MICR is off position and prints above where it should by 0.2".  Changes in page margin, row height, line spacing does not seem to have any affect on MICR placement.  Any advice on how to get the MICR to print lower by 0.2" on the check?
